LITERALLY, clown sightings didn't start until the city news started talking about it and it's all over social media too now, so people are just going to be copying it more and while I don't think they're going to attack anybody, the worst they could do is chase somebody but that's still sO TERRIFYING, my sister has to walk around an area full of houses aka where some clowns apparently go and just stand, and she's alone and it's night and it's really dark so she's actually scared she might see a clown, WHAT IS 2016 THAT THIS IS MY SISTER'S FEAR RIGHT NOW????,
